IMPORTANT: Strictly necessary technologies support core Platform functions. HedgeCore does not activate non-essential technologies before obtaining consent where consent is legally required.

1. Scope and Relationship to the Privacy Policy
This Cookie and Similar Technologies Policy (the "Policy") explains how HedgeCore Inc. ("HedgeCore", "Company", "we", "us", or "our") uses cookies and technologies that store information on, or access information from, your device when you use the HedgeCore website at HedgeCore.ai or related web interfaces (the "Web Platform"). It also explains relevant storage and authentication technologies used in the HedgeCore Telegram Mini App. Together, these services are the "Platform".
This Policy should be read with the Privacy Policy and Terms of Use. The Privacy Policy explains how we process personal data obtained through cookies, local storage, SDKs, logs, Telegram authentication, and other technologies.
2. What Cookies and Similar Technologies Are
2.1 Cookies
Cookies are small text files or values stored by a web browser on a computer, phone, or other device. A cookie may recognize a browser or session, maintain authentication, protect a request, remember a preference, or provide information about how a service is used.
2.2 Similar Technologies
Similar technologies may include:
- local storage and session storage, which allow a web application or WebView to store limited data on a device;
- session tokens and device or application identifiers used to authenticate or secure a session;
- software development kits and Telegram Mini App or WebView interfaces;
- load-balancing, routing, fraud-prevention, and security technologies;
- pixels, web beacons, or link parameters, if disclosed and enabled; and
- consent and preference records that remember your choices.
Server logs and blockchain records are not cookies because they are not stored on your device by the Platform, but they may contain personal data and are described in the Privacy Policy.
3. Categories of Technologies
3.1 Strictly Necessary
Strictly necessary technologies are required to provide a service you request or to transmit communications securely. They may be used to authenticate you, maintain a session, protect against cross-site request forgery and other attacks, route traffic, prevent fraud, maintain Platform stability, remember privacy choices, and provide the Telegram Mini App. They cannot be disabled through the Platform without making core functions unavailable.
3.2 Functional
Functional technologies remember choices such as language, locale, interface layout, or other convenience settings. Depending on the technology and applicable law, we may request consent before using it. Rejecting a functional technology may reset the relevant preference but should not prevent access to core functions.
3.3 Analytics
Analytics technologies help measure traffic, feature use, performance, and errors. HedgeCore use third-party analytics cookies on the Platform. We may use server-side operational metrics and security logs that do not require access to information stored on your device.
3.4 Advertising and Targeting
HedgeCore does not currently use advertising cookies, social-media advertising pixels, or technologies that track Users across unrelated websites or applications for targeted advertising. We do not sell cookie-derived personal data. If this changes, we will update this Policy and provide any notice, consent, or opt-out required by law before the technology is activated.
4. Current Technology Schedule
The exact technical name of a first-party cookie or storage key may vary by deployment, browser, or application version. The following schedule describes the functions, parties, and maximum or typical duration of the technologies currently intended for the Platform. The live Cookie Settings interface, where available, will display the current names and choices for non-essential technologies.

5. Telegram Mini App
The Telegram Mini App operates inside a Telegram-controlled WebView. Telegram may provide HedgeCore with launch and authentication data, such as a Telegram user identifier, username, language or platform information, authentication timestamp, and signed initialization data. HedgeCore uses this information to authenticate the Mini App session and provide the Platform.
Telegram may separately process device, network, account, and interaction information under Telegram's own terms and privacy notice. HedgeCore does not control Telegram's independent storage, security, or data practices. The Privacy Policy explains the personal data HedgeCore receives and how it is used.
6. Third-Party Services and Links
Bybit, Telegram, wallet providers, blockchain explorers, payment providers, and external websites may use their own cookies or similar technologies when you visit or interact with their services. This Policy covers technologies used by HedgeCore on the Platform, not technologies placed by an independent third party on its own service.
HedgeCore will not intentionally embed a third-party non-essential analytics, advertising, or social-media tracking technology in the Platform without updating the relevant disclosure and obtaining consent where required.
7. Your Choices
7.1 Cookie Settings
Where the Platform presents a Cookie Settings control, you can accept all non-essential technologies, reject them, or choose by category. Rejecting non-essential technologies is intended to be as easy as accepting them. You may change or withdraw a choice at any time through the same control or another clearly available privacy setting.
7.2 Browser and Device Controls
Most browsers allow you to view, delete, or block cookies and site data. You may also clear local storage, restrict tracking, or reset application data through browser or device settings. Blocking strictly necessary technologies may prevent login, authentication, payments, Strategy connection, or other requested functionality.
7.3 Withdrawing Consent
When consent is required, withdrawal applies prospectively. It does not make prior processing unlawful. After withdrawal, we stop using the relevant non-essential technology as soon as reasonably practicable and within any period required by applicable law. Existing cookies or storage values may need to be deleted through the Cookie Settings control or your browser or device settings.
8. Do Not Track and Opt-Out Preference Signals
Some browsers transmit a Do Not Track signal. Because HedgeCore does not currently use cross-site targeted advertising or sell personal data, a Do Not Track signal does not change current advertising or sale processing on the Platform. Strictly necessary technologies continue to operate.
Where a legally recognized opt-out preference signal applies to processing conducted by HedgeCore, we will honor the signal as required by law. Because the Platform does not currently sell personal data or use targeted advertising, such a signal may not produce a visible change beyond existing consent preferences.
9. Personal Data, Retention, and Security
Cookie and similar-technology data may include an identifier, IP address, device or browser information, session timestamps, security events, feature interactions, and preferences. The Privacy Policy explains the purposes, recipients, international transfers, security measures, and privacy rights that apply to this data.
A cookie or local-storage value is kept for the duration stated in the current schedule or until you delete it. Related server-side records may be retained for a different period under the Privacy Policy, for example where necessary for security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, or a dispute.
10. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Policy when technologies, providers, legal requirements, or Platform features change. We will post the revised Policy and update the Effective Date. If a change introduces a non-essential technology that requires consent, the technology will not be activated for you until the required consent is obtained. Material changes may also be communicated through the Platform or by email.
